- Safety: Those who like safe and predictable workplaces will love working in this culture.
- Order: These companies are based on structure and norms shared by all. People play by the rules and expect everyone to do the same.
While company culture may be hard to define and somewhat fluid, its role in a successful business cannot be overstated. What your culture looks like depends on organizational structure and the type of company and industry you work in. It also relies on the shared goals of the organization.
