The King Difference

We prepare students in our Christian academic community to excel as thoughtful, resourceful, and responsible citizens with a passion for serving God, the Church, and the world.

At King University, students are the center of everything we do. We are committed to providing relevant, industry-specific education tailored to the practical needs of students looking for career growth. One of the ways we do this is by removing barriers to learning with benefits like enrollment support, excellent transfer policies and flexible, year-round programs offered in an online format. Our valuable, affordable degrees are designed with students in mind — that’s the King difference. How do we demonstrate our commitment to helping students succeed? With policies such as:

  • Accelerated programs: Major coursework may be completed in as little as 16 months for undergraduate programs. Finishing faster enables students to apply what they have learned to the workplace and reap the benefits of a King education while meeting their career goals.
  • Affordable tuition: Our goal is to make a college education affordable and accessible. The cost of attending King includes all tuition, fees and course materials. We are competitively priced and have one of the lowest tuitions in the region, with financial aid available to all students who qualify.
  • Excellent credit transfers: King will accept up to 76 credits for all bachelor’s degrees. And our reverse articulation agreements with community colleges mean that students can complete degree requirements at King while earning credit toward their associate degree.
  • Year-round courses: Our online programs enroll year round in the spring, summer and fall semesters with multiple starts per year. This means that students can increase their speed to graduation and earn their degree at a pace that makes sense for their lives.
